Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Banana Prompts and related services available at getbananaprompts.com.

By accessing or using Banana Prompts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of March 10, 2026.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Banana Prompts. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Service Description

Banana Prompts provides a prompt library, premium prompt access, browsing and discovery features, credit-based generation features, and related account, billing, and support functionality.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Banana Prompts for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • interfere with site security, availability, or infrastructure
  • scrape, automate, or extract site content in a way that harms the service or violates these Terms
  • upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • post hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material
  • attempt to bypass subscription, payment, credit, or access controls

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

4. User Content and Submissions

If you submit prompts, metadata, images, feedback, or other content to Banana Prompts, you retain ownership of your original content.

However, you grant Banana Prompts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for technical purposes, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform.

You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to submit any content you upload or publish.

5. Premium Prompts, Credits, and Payments

Banana Prompts may offer:

  • monthly or yearly subscriptions that unlock Premium Prompt access
  • one-time credit purchases or top-ups for generation features

Credits are digital service balances. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged between users.

Purchasing a credit top-up does not by itself unlock Premium Prompt access unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Prices, included credits, plan features, and billing terms may change. If subscription pricing changes, we may provide notice before the updated price applies to future billing cycles where required.

6. Refunds

Because Banana Prompts provides digital services, prompt access, and/or credits shortly after purchase, refunds are generally limited.

Unless required by law:

  • unused credit packs are generally non-refundable once delivered
  • partial subscription periods are generally non-refundable
  • verified duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions may be reviewed for refund

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content submitted by users, Banana Prompts and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, branding, software, design, copy, prompt collections, and related materials.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Banana Prompts may integrate with third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI generation. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Banana Prompts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, prompt accuracy, generation quality, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Use your own judgment before relying on prompts, generated outputs, or public submissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banana Prompts and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, failed to pay applicable charges, or used the service in a way that harms Banana Prompts or other users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Banana Prompts after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
